"After telling them never to call me again I go a short time without a call and now I am getting them daily. I would give zero stars if I could. And their insurance was much higher that the national company that I got. ."
"Michael, I am so sorry to hear this. We take great pride in our service. I deeply apologize my staff kept calling you. That is NOT common practice and notes must have fell through the cracks. I will look into this and make sure it doesn't happen again. With the pricing, I have no control over that and sorry we weren't competitive. More often than not, we can earn someone's business off of pricing. Let me know if I could have a 5 minute call with you to personally apologize. Greg"
